Carob is a Mediterranean evergreen tree that grows long, dark seed pods. When roasted and ground, those pods become a naturally sweet, cocoa-like ingredient with its own golden personality.

Born from two sweet cultures.

Sweet Coast was founded by an Egyptian American product designer and a Syrian American food system entrepreneur — both grew up loving food, flavor, hospitality, and the small sweet rituals that make life feel good.

We wanted to create a healthier sweet brand that feels joyful, modern, and craveable — inspired by the ingredients we grew up around, made for the California lifestyle we love. Sunny mornings, beach bags, farmers markets, good coffee, and a spoonful of something sweet that actually feels good.
